Thanks for your leadership. Below are some small recommendations that may be useful as we ramp up SIG-DS activities:

* Open the Special Interest Group on Data Science (currently it's closed). We can still keep the membership roster available to members only, but make sure all SIG-DS About, Events, Topics and Activities are publicly accessible (without ISI login).
* Consider coordination with APS (Physics) Group on Data Science (GDS), https://engage.aps.org/gds/home, and AmStat Data Science Group.
* Consider organizing SIG-DS virtual courses (2-30 hours) that are broadly accessible across the globe and share valuable information about DS methods, practice, applications, challenges and opportunities.
